The indications to rinoplastics are:

Operation can be spent:
- The opened access (with external cut);
- The closed access (through nostrils without external cuts).

Plastic operation is spent under the general narcosis or under local anesthesia.

The postoperative period:

After such plastic operation imposing patch (sometimes with addition of plaster strips) bandages which can be removed in 7-10 days follows, and also nose tampons which take place for 2-5 days. All this time the patient breathes through the mouth.

After operation puffiness and "bruises" round eyes is observed. They pass on 90 % within 1,5 weeks.

Practically in all cases under the recommendation of the doctor it is necessary to withhold wearing glasses within 2-4 weeks after plastic operation.

It is possible to estimate initial results of such operation later 1,5 months; definitive results will get visible in 1 – 1,5 years.
