 The ideal form of the bottom part of the person and cheeks in certain situations can be reached probably only by means of plastic operation - liposuctions and removals of Bisha lumps. So-called Bisha lumps are the fatty sacks located in the bottom part of cheeks, between an obverse and chewing muscle. They give to cheeks plumpness, and with the years form so-called "bulldog's cheeks". Removal of Bisha lumps helps to make cheeks more tightened, and to underline cheekbones.
Removal of Bisha lumps can be performed under local anesthesia, or under the general narcosis, depending on necessary volume of deleted fat. Cuts appear on an internal surface of cheeks. That is why they are absolutely imperceptible.
More often the removal of Bisha lumps is recommended to patients with big cheeks. In this case the risk of reception as a result of too thin and hollow cheeks is minimized. However moving of Bisha lumps to higher position to a cheekbone instead of removing them can sometimes be the optimum decision. After end of surgical intervention seams which are closed by a special disinfectant lining are imposed. For the best healing of a cheek outside for some time they’re supported by a special elastic tape. After one week it’s possible to remove seams, but the patient can already come back home in day of operation.
 Originally after operation the puffiness of cheeks is observed. It remains for a time from two weeks to about two months. After that period hypostases fall down and it is possible to estimate results of operation. For prevention of painful sensations after end of narcosis action the patient is usually offered the local analgesic.
Throughout the regenerative period, at least before removal of seams, it is necessary to abstain from long conversations, physical activities and playing sports. The attending physician appoints a course of antibiotics and is more often in rehabilitation.
All-important in the first days after operation is to adhere a strict diet. So, three-four days after removal of Bisha lumps it is possible to use only liquid food, and the next two-three weeks it’s optional to exclude the products demanding a careful chewing (meat, fish, touch cheeses, etc.) from patient’s meal. All products used in a crude kind shall be washed out. Besides, after each meal it is necessary to rinse a mouth an antiseptic solution. It will exclude probability of entering of an infection and will accelerate recover.
