All-important in the first days after operation is to adhere a strict diet. So, three-four days after removal of Bisha lumps it is possible to use only liquid food, and the next two-three weeks it’s optional to exclude the products demanding a careful chewing (meat, fish, touch cheeses, etc.) from patient’s meal. All products used in a crude kind shall be washed out. Besides, after each meal it is necessary to rinse a mouth an antiseptic solution.
